House Cleaning Details & Pricing

Kitchen: Wipe down all counters, appliances, cabinet faces, inside refrigerator, stove top, and sink.

Bathrooms: Clean and and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers/tubs.  Clean glass and fixtures.  Sweep floors and wet wipe/mop.

Living Rooms/Bedrooms: Dust all furniture, lamps, TV's, and any flat surfaces.  Vacuum all floors and wet mop all non-carpeted areas.

Trash: Empty trash and recyclables.  Tenants are responsible for trash; however, when they do not handle we will empty and clean out cans.

Glass: Clean glass on main door and all sliding doors.

Spring Cleaning includes all  the house cleaning services plus:

Fans: Clean all ceiling fans. 

Kitchen: Wipe out all cabinets, clean oven, clean under refrigerator.

Woodwork: Wipe all baseboards and woodwork.

Furniture: Deep vacuum and wipe all furniture.

Floors: Clean under all furniture and clean all legs.
